Hershel-Beck Laboratories $1,000 Xantrax Success Story Challenge

1. Information on How to Enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Finalists will be notified by mail and phone in the 1st week of June 2010.

2. Total prize pool value is $1,000. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes; prizes are not transferable; and there will be no substitutions for the prizes.

3. Persons over the age of 18 years may enter the $1,000 Xantrax Success Story Challenge by filling out the entry form and testimonial on the Xantrax website: xantrax.com.au.

4. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Before & after pictures are optional to upload.

5. All prize values are in Australian Dollars. Prizes are not transferable.

6. All testimonials have to be sent in by 28 May 2010.

7. After you have submitted a complete entry form, an email will be sent to you requesting you to confirm all your details. You are required to read through finish the entry process.

8. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. *Hershel-Beck Laboratories will not be responsible for misplaced or lost entries.

How You Will Be Judged

9. Absolutely anyone over the age of 18 has a chance of winning. It doesn't matter where you live in Sydney, Broome or Longreach, or if you're a man or woman, 18 or 68. Winners are judged on who can best express how the transformation of a slimmer, healthier body has changed their life for the better. If there are before & after pictures uploaded, the physical improvement will be taken into consideration in making the final decision.

10. Hershel-Beck Laboratories will select 10 finalists from all entrants and there will only be 1 winner.

11. Entry into the Xantrax Success Story Challenge constitutes your express consent and permission for Hershel-Beck Laboratories, and any of its affiliated companies, to use your name, photographs and questionnaire responses (in whole or in part) for promotional and advertising purposes to promote Xantrax, its business, related companies, in any media and in any manner whatsoever, without limitation or restriction, and such consent is deemed given by your entry and participation in the Xantrax Success Story Challenge.

12. Submission of your completed Entry Form shall be deemed your acceptance of these Rules and Regulations (as may be amended) and your voluntary transfer to Hershel-Beck Laboratories of all right, title, and interest, including copyright, in your photographs and testimonials.

13. Competitors' scores are confidential and will not be disclosed.

14. Consult your physician or health care provider before commencing any new exercise, nutrition, or supplementation program, particularly if you suffer from any medical condition or regularly use prescription or over-the-counter medications. If you are not experienced with strength training, or if you are changing your exercise program, consult with a qualified trainer or coach.

15. To the extent permitted by law, Cat Media Pty Ltd, Hershel-Beck Laboratories, its authorised distributors and related companies including the directors, officers, and employees of any of them will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the $1,000 Xantrax Success Story Challenge.

16. Competitors must notify Hershel-Beck Laboratories in writing of any changes of address or phone number. Winners who cannot be reached at the address or phone number in their completed Competitor Guide will be disqualified.

17. If possible, wear the same type of clothing in the 'Before' and 'After' photos. Shorts are fine - please no posing trunks, briefs or g-strings. Try to get the highest quality photos you can. All photos you send in become the property of Hershel-Beck Laboratories and will not be returned. Please keep a copy of these photos for yourself and have duplicates made. Do not send negatives - hang onto them yourself, and please don't lose them. Copyrighted photos will not be accepted. Your photos may be used by Hershel-Beck Laboratories to promote its business even if you are not selected as a Winner.

Who's eligible to enter this Challenge?

Competitors must be at least 18 years old before starting their $1,000 Xantrax Success Story Challenge. Eligibility to participate is subject to the rules and regulations of the state or country where each competitor lives as applicable to participation in contests.

Employees of Hershel-Beck Laboratories or affiliated companies, advertising agencies, or consultants and contractors providing services for Xantrax Success Story Challenge, are not eligible to become finalists. Competitors are not required to provide proof of purchase for Xantrax brand products for their $1,000 Xantrax Success Story Challenge, as it is an online competition.

Regulations and Requirements

Hershel-Beck Laboratories reserve the right to interpret these rules and, if necessary, to amend the rules at its sole discretion and without notice to individual competitors. Any amendments to the rules or changes in prizes will be published online at www.xantrax.com.au. Rule interpretations and all judging decisions are final. All information and materials submitted become the sole and exclusive property of Cat Media Pty Ltd.

Deed of Conditions and Release

The prize winner as a condition precedent to receiving their prize will enter into a Deed of Conditions and Release in respect of their prize and the conditions of the contest in accordance with the terms attached.
